Complaints, Reporting and Management
Complaint resolution and being and feeling safe is our commitment and priority.
We understand that in a community organisation where everyone knows each other, conflicts, or concerns and issues can arise. We want our members to feel they can raise any concerns they have.
If you have an issue, we have a safe and confidential process.
Firstly, contact the Member Protection Information Officer(MPIO) via info@burningpalmslsc.com.au
If your issue is not resolved or proceeds to a formal complaint, our MPIO will assist you lodging a formal complaint on the Surf Lifesaving portal. This will then be officially handled by our Burning Palms Complaints Manager.
If you do not feel comfortable speaking to our MPIO you can always go direct to the SLS Sydney Branch MPIO.
